26 Cherry is a striking affordable apartment facility with ground floor parking/storage space and five floors of residential units. Located at the corner of Division and Cherry in Grand Rapids’ Heartside district, it is within walking and biking distance of many local restaurants and retailers.

The facility features high-quality amenities including granite countertops and polished wood floors. It was constructed concurrently with 205 Division, located adjacent to the project.

26 Cherry is supported by MSHDA and HUD funding and accomodates lower-income residents.

This project is Enterprise Green certified to reduce the building’s life cycle costs and environmental impact, and to provide a healthier environment for residents.
