205 Division is a seven-story mixed-use building with residential space, commercial space, and parking. Located at the corner of Division and Cherry in Grand Rapids’ Heartside district, it is within walking and biking distance of many local restaurants and retailers.

The facility features modern, high-end finishes and a cool gray and blue color palette.

This project is supported by MSHDA and HUD funding and accomodates lower-income residents.

205 Division is Enterprise Green certified to reduce the building’s life cycle costs and environmental impact, and to provide a healthier environment for residents.
