Story

Wolgast Corporation completed the construction of a new 3,000 S.F. addition to the existing pain management facility, which included 3 operating rooms, medical related equipment and processing rooms, and doctor's lounge.  The remainder of the project included renovations to the existing building to allow the internal relocation of their physical therapy group and separation of medical and office spaces between the two partners, Matrix PTC and Titan Healthcare.  The entrance to the building was enhanced with the addition of a large drive-access and canopy.  There was a challenge in meeting the needs of the various users, patients and also comply with the State of Michigan fire and health departments.  The whole project was completed ahead of schedule while the building was occupied and patients were being treated.
