Spring Arbor-Gainey Hall

Spring Arbor, Michigan

Construction-Management

Story

Gainey Hall is the first full-size residence hall built on Spring Arbor University’s campus since the construction of Lowell Hall in the 1970s. With the capacity to house 210 students, Gainey Hall alleviates the strain on student housing experienced by the University since its unprecedented growth began in 2000.

The new facility features an open lounge area that spans two stories, kitchen, laundry facility, computer lab, built-in wardrobe units, larger rooms and individualized controls for heating and cooling in each room. In addition to the large lounge area at the entrance of the building, Gainey Hall features an upper student lounge and a meeting room.
