Story

This retail center is located in the Rivertown Circle area, east of the Rivertown Crossings Mall. The Grandville area has experienced above average growth in recent years and Triangle has completed many of those tenant fit-outs, adding several restaurant and retail spaces.

Triangle Associates constructed the shell and finished several national chain tenant fit outs for the Grandville Marketplace. The project is capable of supporting a big box retail tenant as well as smaller retail and commercial tenants.
