Triangle completed multiple health clinic plazas for Metro Health. The brick veneer building, emulates Metropolitan Hospital’s "look" of all health plazas. By using the "cookie-cutter" approach to duplicate processes and systems, construction has been streamlined and Metro Health has been able to portray a consistent image. During design and construction, special attention was given to the unique flare of the lobby and is an architectural focal point of the building. The extensive use of windows allows the lobby to take advantage of the natural light.

The clinics receive about 130 patients a day for preventative health, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The family clinics have 15-exam rooms and 2-procedure rooms with ultra sound and mammography capabilities. The clinics each have an Exam Room Pod, where 3 exam rooms are clustered around a single physician. This layout is efficient for current operations and for future expansion.

In addition to therapy spaces, a community service room is available for meetings and public education sessions including diabetic awareness and smoking cessation.
