Story

Renovations to Huron Hall encompassed updates to the heating and electrical systems, plumbing, flooring, cabinets and painting of the interior. The exterior of the hall was renovated including brick re-work and repair along with window replacement.

The project involved careful selective demolition of plaster, gypsum board, wood framing, doors, frames, hardware, windows, toilet accessories, floor and wall finishes, acoustical ceiling tile and suspension system, cabinets, miscellaneous equipment, cast iron radiators, plumbing fixtures, mechanical systems, piping and light fixtures. In addition to the replacement of these components, Huron Hall mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems including alarms, phone and data systems were updated
