This one-story building houses rare and exquisite automobiles for private collectors, as well as brokerage and restoration services. The facility includes a customer sales and lounge area, vehicle service and restoration areas, parts sales and fleet storage.

Careful phasing and scheduling was employed with the subcontractors to allow the extensive site work to be completed before winter weather encroached. The Triangle Team provided daily contact with all on-site foremen to ensure the project was as stream-lined as possible.

Though the schedule was extremely aggressive, quality was not sacrificed during the process. Great effort was made by the team to ensure all of the unique details were completed as designed.
