The first affordable housing lofts of their kind in Jackson, Mechanic Lofts offer a modern, urban living experience for individuals with limited income. This historic brick building was built in 1889 and is located near the heart of downtown Jackson. Triangle renovated the building, creating six, two-bedroom loft units and twelve, one-bedroom units.
