Story

Swanson Rink provided electrical engineering services as part of the design/build team for a new 13-story, 365 guest room, and 300,000 square foot hotel and conference center. This high-rise facility contains 47,500 square feet of conference center space consisting of ballrooms, meeting rooms, and food service areas. The project also consists of 1,000 square feet of retail tenant area, 6,000 square feet of restaurant/lounge area, a 9,000 square foot kitchen, a swimming pool and fitness center, as well as 185,000 square feet of hotel guest room area on 12 floors.
