Wellington, Colorado: Mechanical and electrical design services for the addition of a 1,500 sq ft expansion to the existing Welling Central Office. The project scope will include a new HVAC unit to provide cooling, power for a new 3000 amp DC power plant, a new electric service entrance, and a standby diesel generator to the exterior of the building. The size of the generator is approximately 200 kW (rating subject to altitude deration at approximately 5,100 ft.) including a sub base type fuel tank. The project will also include addition of an automatic transfer switch and necessary controls and monitoring.
