Proligo Bio Tech Genetics Lab Facilities

Swanson Rink provided HVAC and plumbing design for two renovation projects at Proligo, a company that produces genetic materials.
Proligo Building B-61 is a one-story facility with approximately 22,500 square feet of building area. This project consisted of a remodel of the facility to change the function of the building from general office occupancy to a Chemistry and Oligionucleotide Synthesis Laboratory.

Proligo Building B-62 includes both office and laboratory space. This project consisted of renovations to approximately 8,200 square feet of the first floor, which included chemical waste and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spaces.
