Swanson Rink provided electrical, lighting, and Communication Technology Systems (telecommunications, security, and audio/video) engineering services for this 1.2 million square foot mall located in Charlotte, NC.

The electrical scope consisted of a complete electrical design for mall concourses, courts, entries, service corridors, restrooms, facility offices, equipment rooms, and other ancillary spaces.

The security design included Call for Assistance (CFA) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera monitoring systems. Audio design included high fidelity background music as well as a public address/emergency paging system for the mall common areas. The telecommunications design included a common site wide backbone system that consisted of fiber optic and copper cables for the integration of multiple low-voltage system
