Swanson Rink provided fire alarm, security, telecommunications, and audio video design for the new 450,000 square foot resort and casino project located on the Mescalero Apache Reservation. The new 275-room multi-story hotel includes an attached gaming casino, night club, convention center, and parking garage. Swanson Rink also provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs for multiple tenant improvement projects including the 4th floor kitchen, buffet, and surveillance room.
