General Services Administration Building 25

Swanson Rink provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for a 350,000 square foot remodel of GSA Building 25. The facility includes over 40,000 square feet of special lab spaces including wet lab space and spaces for receipt of potentially hazardous material. This project involved creation of new laboratory spaces, each with different special requirements for the EPA, USGS, and MSHA.
