Story

This project consisted of tenant Core and Shell improvements for a 300,000 square foot build-to-suit corporate campus.

The campus includes two three-story call center wings that are connected by a central two-story amenities space. The mechanical, electrical, security, and lighting designs for this project were comprised of a complete buildout that included all of the interior work for this call center and general office space as well as a fitness center and training rooms.

Swanson Rink was part of the design team led by Gensler.
