Swanson Rink provided mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, and security engineering for CH2M Hill's Corporate Campus. Three of the buildings have successfully achieved LEED V2 certification. The fourth building is under construction and will be seeking LEED V2 Silver Certification.

The mechanical systems design and equipment for CH2M Hill exceeded the ASHRAE standards used for establishing minimum acceptable design by 40-50%. Contributing design components included evaporating condensing on the rooftop units, variable air volume, 100 percent air economizer, and premium efficiency motors. CO2 monitoring is integrated with the building automation system to automatically adjust building dampers in the event that CO2 exceeded acceptable levels.

Lighting design includes the use of energy efficient indirect lighting fixtures. A low voltage lighting control system allows for variations on fixture usage depending upon area needs and time of day. Local switching zones within the floors allow groups to turn lights off during periods of non-use in occupied hours.
