Swanson Rink provided a comprehensive design that incorporated mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, security, and fire alarm/life safety systems for this fast track project.

The facility has two five story office wings, a 300 seat council chamber, and an attached 760 car parking structure. The building also includes a data center, TV studio, multi-media council chambers, conference rooms, fitness center, and cafeteria.

Since the project was on an 11 month construction schedule, it was imperative that the construction design documents were accurate. Swanson Rink was able to meet the project deadline and budget by utilizing 3D CAD and collision checking software to coordinate all systems and produce accurate construction documents.
