Amgen Urea Containment
Swanson Rink provided process piping and mechanical design to eliminate the potential leakage of urea into the city sewer system and provided documentation so the piping and plumbing could be installed. The project involved designing a new drainage system with diversion valves and the closing off and rerouting of old drains. The new system empties any urea spills into chemical waste storage to be transported off site.
