Swanson Rink is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm engineering services for this new high-rise office building.

This building has 22 floors (26,000 square feet per floor) and a parking garage with 600 parking spaces (4 stories below grade and 2 stories above grade). The main lobby features 30 foot ceilings and space for a future bank and café. An exercise facility is also located within the building.
