Maysville Point Shopping Complex Completed
Star in Conjunction with Bonar Engineering was responsible for the management and construction of the project's engineering and construction drawings, approvals, planning and completion of all site work on its $2.4 million portion of the overall $14.8 million project. The construction included selective clearing, 5,500 lineal feet of storm, water and sanitary pipe, lime modification requirements, movement and placement of over 90,000 cubic yards of earth, 25,000 tons of stone, 10,000 tons of asphalt, lighting for the entire site and all landscaping.
Marsh Super Center Store Finished
Marsh's new front look of the Marsh Super Center Store (A one stop shopping concept store) and commercial complex at Maplecrest and Rothman Roads, Fort Wayne, Indiana. This store is a totally new concept idea developed by Marsh for this Grocery chain market segment. Marsh has incorporated the best of all in one shopping and total services into a really new shopping experience for the consumer.
