Outpatient facility will be owned by Rockford Development Group and master leased by Hackley Hospital. This facility anchors the new Hackley Lakes Professional Village as the first site to be developed. The new two-story, prairie-style building will house a new Women’s Center with primary care, x-ray, mammography and education. The facility will also house rehabilitation, pharmacy, diagnostics labs, radiology, sleep lab, occupational health and urgent care services. Doctor suites will complete the available space
