Story

Visionary real estate investment trust Simon Property Group, Inc. partnered with Sensory Technologies to design, build, and integrate audio, video, and videoconferencing capabilities into their new corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. The project goals were to enhance the functionality of the space, maximize value, and mirror the modern design of the building.

Conference rooms were outfitted with sophisticated single or dual projection presentation systems creating multi-purpose meeting spaces. Sleek, easy to use control touch panels were chosen to allow users intuitive navigation. A portable videoconference and presentation system with a 52” monitor was engineered to deliver flexible utility.

On the premier floors, 12 through 14, distributed audio with XM Tuners were installed in several spaces including the 13th floor terrace extending sound outdoors. Rotating projector lifts camouflaged in the ceiling complimented aesthetics on the 14th floor Executive Boardroom and conference room. Two streamlined 50” Plasmas equipped for videoconferencing were installed in the Technology Room.

The expert configuration delivered state of the art technology, beautiful design, and robust practicality.
