Story

Secchia Hall is a four-story student apartment building with 81 apartments which sets directly across from the new Richard M. DeVos Center.  There are twelve separate brick arched entries graced with limestone columns for a grand entry to each of the townhouse style building sections.  The first floor is bearing masonry supporting precast concrete plank.  The remaining floors are wood framed.
