Design-Build facility was completed in six months

O-A-K's partner in the design-build service was Gora-McGahey Associated in Architecture.

35,000 square foot facility provides over 10,000 square feet of corporate executive and engineering/sales support offices.  The manufacturing area combined operations from both Long Island and Naples plants.  Testing facilities within the building are as unique as the firm tests its aero-space products for lightning strike resistance and fire resistance characteristics.

Accelerated schedule was due to timing of relocation of employees being able to enroll children into the Lee County Schools beginning term of that year.
