First Commercial Project constructed in the Gateway Community of Fort Myers, FL

Multi-tenant facility designed to accommodate intial commercial operations and businesses for the growing Gateway Community.  As the initial "city hall" for the community, it supported the initial Westinhouse development offices, Barnett Bank, an insurance agent and a property management firm.

The building facade was built in eight months at a shell cost of $761,000.  Finished with over $300,000 in interior improvements for Westinghouse's second floor space and Barnett's interiors and drive-through addition.
