Story

This sushi restaurant is located within a strip mall that houses many other Omega Architects clients. Seating is available directly at the service counter where patrons can view all food preparation. Traditional seating is available at tables and booths as well as custom seating booths that simulate the experience of siting cross-legged on the floor. Further ambiance is created through the use of traditional Japanese colors, materials, use of rice paper screens and specialty lighting including custom wood valances and wood ceiling grilles.
