Zeeland Township, Michigan
Architectural
This 2.4 acre development consists of three different office buildings and a private garage building, each detailed similar to the others. Buildings 1 and 2 were designed in the late 1980's in two phases and are sited such that the south walls act as retaining walls for the adjacent pond. In 2002 canopies and entrance vestibules were added to these buildings. Building 3 was constructed in 2001 and houses Zeeland Vision as its primary tenant. All three buildings and the private garages (built in 1987) are constructed of wood framing (verify), brick veneer, and low-sloped, hip roofs. Buildings 1 and 2 feature a walkway, overlooking the pond, on three sides. Adjacent plantings help to reduce the apparent height of the buildings.
