Heritage Key Villas

Kissimmee, Florida

Architectural

Story

These two story townhomes feature public spaces (living room, kitchen, dinning room) on the main floor and private spaces on the second floor.  The homes are combined in small groups of four and six to help create a sense of personal scale. The main structure of the building is created by the use of concrete tunnel forms for the floors, common walls and end walls and finished on the front and rear wall with precast concrete tilt-up panels.  This construction method produces an extremely quiet, fire resistive and structurally superior dwelling.  Attached garages provide additional security, privacy, and convenience.  The exterior colors, style and detail reflect the southern regional influences.  Heritage Key Villas are part of a 600 unit gated development featuring lakes, a large pool, community building, gate houses, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
