This 6175 s.f. spec office building was designed to accommodate 2-3 tenants, including a 2,500 s.f. dental suite. The building exterior materials and color selections were designed with eye-catching earth tones, giving a warm, inviting feel to a combination of architectural block and an exterior insulated finish system (EIFS).
