Story

Canal Pointe was constructed as a spec office building to be easily adapted to house up to four lease spaces.  The building was sized and sited to maximize the building footprint to the available parking.  A rear deck faces a pond to the east, providing a relaxing break area.  Construction was purposely kept simple with wood framed walls and roof and simply and tastefully trimmed on the outside to help hold down construction costs.  In addition to the architectural services, Omega Architects provided all site planning and site construction documents.
