Story

After working in a leased building space that never had the right work flow, Dr. Tom Herremans of Herremans Orthodontics decided to design a building that met the specific needs of an orthodontic practice and that of their patients.

Andrus Architecture of Rockford, MI designed this 6,100 sq.ft. main level office building, part of which is open lease space. The lower level provides about 1,800 sq. ft. of storage space.  

The office was designed to provide a comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff. The layout includes: Waiting/Reception, File Area, X-Ray, Sterilization, Lab, and Treatments Areas, Break Room, and Offices for Doctor, and Business Manager.

The project started in July 2008, and was competed at the end of the year.
