Story

With an expanding business, Baker Eye Care turned to Moyle, Inc. to provide design/build services for their new medical office building in Manistique, Michigan. Working in cooperation with Division1 Design, Moyle was able to provide constructability reviews, early project budgeting, and general contracting services for the owners. 

The new 5,200 square foot building provides Baker Eye Care with plenty of space for their growing business. The medical professionals now have access to several optical exam rooms, laboratory work space, private office space, reception and medical record storage space, and a large sales floor for displaying products. High vaulted ceilings and large windows provide plenty of light and an open feeling in the building.
