Story

Window Replacement

This project replaced all windows and two sets of double doors in the two-story Reserve Center.  Replacement windows were all dual pane 1" low e insulating glass in 2"x4" anodized aluminum frames.  Classroom and office windows were equipped with operable vents and screens.  Monumental windows were provided in the drill hall.  Full wall storefront windows were installed in the front hall, CO's office and entrance vestibule.  The front entrance vestibule and doors included the reuse/rewiring of the AI Phone and magnetic lock/release security system.  The interior of all walls with replaced windows were sealed, patched and painted. One section with termite infestation required the rebuilding of the bulkhead and interior sill.  The exterior of all doors, exterior railings and appurtenances were painted.
