Mekus Tanager, Inc. assisted U.S. Cellular with the establishment of a master standards program for improved pricing and service to reduce cost and cycle time of office rollouts. The account agreement provides architectural and interior design services for over 900,000 square feet of space nationwide.

The Furniture Standards program allows for consolidation and competitive bid of purchases or a reduced capital expense. The standards enables efficient use of space and simplifies the move process, and re-use of assets. Through our partnership with U.S. Cellular, a streamlined process evolved and resulted in a reduction in lead time and communicates visually dynamic organization. With the Master Furniture Standards program, U.S. Cellular achieved 60% savings on furniture, or $1.5 million based on a $2.5 million spend.
