This multi-functional facility provides for general warehousing, shipping/receiving, graphics and print shop operations, and associated management offices for Auto-Owners Insurance Company. The building is a single story facility with additional expansion for warehousing to the north. The building enclosure is constructed of textured concrete panels that are load bearing and insulated that, once erected in place, provide for both exterior and interior finished surfaces. The floor plan was developed in cooperation with the end user to utilize the facility as a functional component of the Owners warehousing process contained within the building. The shipping and receiving area is placed in a strategic location to efficiently process incoming and outgoing product. The warehouse area was designed to compliment the Owners storage and retrieval systems including steel framing, placement, and lighting on demand. This facility is designed to provide a quality, low maintenance facility that projects a distinct image for the Owner.
