May 2016 - Started site construction
Sept. 2016 - Started new tower construction
Nov. 2017 - Began renovating existing Mercy Hospital
Feb. 2019 - Occupy new tower
June 2019 - Complete project
MTC is continuing to provide on-site testing and inspection services consisting of concrete testing, subgrade soils, soil borings, structural steel testing, and fireproofing.
