This historic Anheuser-Busch Icehouse at 185 Oakes Street and Grandville Avenue in Grand Rapids, Michigan was built in 1905 and underwent a more than $6,000,000 renovation by developer Terra Firma in 2008 to become home for the Grand Rapids Community Foundation.  Kent Companies was contracted to pour 1 ½” of Gyp-Crete 2000 to level and restore the building’s old wooden floors.
