Kent Companies was contracted by Mosholder Construction to provide and install the Maxxon Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2k Underlayment at 1” thick average over 2500 square feet for this project. This building is a renovation project to convert an old bakery warehouse into a new child care facility.   

The Gyp-Crete 2000 was used to fill in and re-level the floor in old trench drains. Other areas of the existing concrete settled over time and were filled in and brought back up to the proper floor elevations. Kent Companies used the Gyp-Crete 2000 to create a new flat floor to receive new finish floor goods. Kent Companies installed the Gyp-Crete 2000 from up to 1-1/2” thick to a feather-edge.
