Story

This project consists of an a addition of a 22,362 sf, three (3) story load bearing masonry and steel frame structure with an exterior finish of EIFS.  The additional space for the charter school "Imagine Indiana Life Sciences Academy West" includes 9 classrooms, student and staff restrooms, clinic and an undeveloped area for a future expansion of an additional nine (9) classrooms.  The work being performed is: selective demolition, structural work (foundations and steel framing), vertical circulation (stairs and platform wheelchair lift), wall infill/construction (masonry as well as metal stud and gypsum board), doors and hardware, ceilings, painting, flooring, complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm systems.
