Story

The Owner asked us to design a second Professional Office Building with 40,000 square feet on three stories for the expanding practices in the first building we designed in years prior.  Summit Professional Plaza Phase II was designed to compliment the exterior features of the Phase I building.  The building features a tilt-up concrete structure with steel framed floors and roof and metal roofing to conceal roof-top equipment.  Most tenant improvement work was done commensurate with the building to include an Outpatient Imaging Center and Urgent Care center on the first floor and several physician suites on the upper floors.
