Story

Workspring is a high performance meeting and hosting environment created as a rentable collaborative space for off-site users.  The design involved renovation of a third floor site located in the Historic Medinah Court of downtown Chicago.  The space is designed as a range of small group meeting environments supported by a high level of technology and hospitality.  Materials, lighting, and furniture were all developed with sustainable techniques and organized around the physical and psychological comfort needs of groups and teams.
