Story

This project involved a new retail and tenant fit out environment for Design Tex at the Merchandise Mart Plaza in Chicago.  The design response celebrates the fresh and innovative surfaces and solutions that Design Tex is known for.  The space was organized around a open studio and showroom that would engage client and staff interaction.  Project collaboration with the owner, design, and construction teams were key to an accelerated schedule and successful occupancy of space for NEOCON show.
