Eikenhout

Muskegon, MI

Story

Complete renovation of an unoccupied, run-down facility in Muskegon.

The warehouse is the big story. The previous lighting system utilized HID Fixtures that consumed 42,315 Watts when fully powered. The new LED system provides better lighting and only consumes 9,405 Watts when fully powered! That's a reduction of 32,910 Watts, or for the average facility, over $10,000 in annual energy savings! In addition, the new fixtures have occupancy sensors for increased energy savings when no activity is detected.
