The adaptive reuse of a 100-yr-old church provides a black box theatre, offices, and grand lobby. The existing structure was sound, but water entering the load-bearing brick structure had weakened the mortar, and freezing temperatures had caused the brick to spall and damanged the plaster veneers on the interior walls. All these problems were solved.
