EXXEL Engineering provided a topographical survey of the site. We did the civil engineering to establish site grades, design of public utility extensions and design of access drives and parking areas. We obtained State and local construction approvals. We did construction staking and part-time site inspection to ensure compliance with plans and municipal requirements.
