Two buildings.  Three phases of work.

 The roof system is two layers of 1.5-inch polyiso with a fully tapered polyiso roof insulation system mechanically attached.

 We then put a .5 inch DensDek down in a layer of low rise adhesive with a 60 mil reinforced fully adhered roof system. 

 Includes a 20-year manufacturer's warranty.
