Driesenga & Associates, Inc. provided the topographic and boundary survey for the parcel, geotechnical investigation, and conceptual site layout, incorporating the adjacent parcel development to create a cohesive overall site plan. Work also included providing construction documents, stormwater management design, construction staking, material testing, and revising the stormwater drainage easement documents. The West Michigan Oral Surgery facility is located on Riley Street in Holland Township, Michigan. The property is part of the greater Lakeshore Medical Campus, in which Driesenga & Associates, Inc. had originally provided civil engineering services including land division and road infrastructure. The medical building is a 4,205 square foot facility located on a 1.35 acre parcel with related drives and parking areas.
