The new construction of a 263-room, 8-story Renaissance Hotel and conference center. The site is located on an 8.0-acre parcel in the heart of an upscale Commercial / Office / Retail corridor located in Carmel, Indiana along US 31. Driesenga & Associates, Inc. provided zoning and entitlement assistance throughout the approval process of this project. In addition, a wide range of services were supplied, including; an ALTA Land Title Survey, topographic survey, site engineering and construction documents, an environmental site assessment, landscape design, and the applications for the various local and state agency permits required for construction, as well as coordination with adjacent developers. Throughout the construction phase, Driesenga & Associates, Inc. provided construction staking and utility as-built services.
