EXXEL provided topographical surveys and boundary surveys for the Hospital site as well as many of the individual sites within the Village. We worked with Granger Group to obtain a new zoning area in the City of Wyoming and coordinate agreements from the City of Wyoming and Byron Township for utility extensions. All participants were involved in studying traffic patterns and the impact for the improvement of Byron Center Avenue. We were involved in planning of the overall campus layout. We prepared site plans for the Hospital, retail area and various buildings within the Village (ongoing). We did the engineering for 13,500 feet of street within the complex. The infrastructure includes: - 725,000 cubic yards of soil moved to re-contour the 160 acres - Installation of 41,500 lineal feet of pipe including sanitary, storm and watermain - Placement of 27,000 lineal feet of concrete curbing - Placement of 19,000 tons of asphalt - Excavation of a storm water detention basin and aesthetic feature along Byron Center Avenue with a capacity of 4,627,000 gallons - Creation of a public park for the enjoyment of physically challenged children. Our Survey Department created Exhibit "B" drawings for the Master Deed, legal descriptions of various units within the complex and easements necessary for utilities, access and drainage. We created various colored renderings of the overall campus and individual site plans.
